Ian is a Strength and Conditioning professional who specializes in physique transformation, nutritional requirements and athletic development.

He currently works with the AFL umpires on their fitness needs, the Australian Men's Indoor Lacrosse team and the Australian Men's U19 Team which are both preparing for the World Cup in 2015 and 2016 respectively. He has also worked with the Victorian and Australian Junior Lacrosse teams which has seen him travel to the USA and Finland for the World Cup in 2012 and Japan and China for the ASPAC Champioships in 2013 and the Western Australian Men's team which won the National Championships in 2013. Ian has an extensive knowledge in Weights/Resistance training having previously been a Weight Class winner at the Australian and Victorian Power lifting Championships, breaking numerous records and more recently competed in and completed the Melbourne Marathon and three Half Iron-man Triathlons.

He has trained, competed and coached at all levels from beginner through to elite levels for over 19 years. Ian's focus has been on diversifying his fitness programs, so that they cater to all levels of fitness, body types and sizes. His time spent with his clients has taught him the importance of having a flexible approach to fitness - one that can be disciplined and hard core, encouraging and motivational, and inspiring.
