3 Tips to motivate me to get fit

When on any fitness program it is important to recognise that motivation is necessary to either start a program or keep on track with a fitness program. There are many factors which can contribute to motivating a person to getting fit but today I am going to share with you 3 tips to help with motivation towards a healthy lifestyle.

1. Leverage: This is the very first important factor to consider, ask yourself the question what is your leverage? Why is it that you want to start a fitness program? And write it down on a piece of paper where you can read it regularly to remind you of why you started the fitness program.

2. Set A Time Frame: Setting a time frame for a fitness program helps with motivation. Some examples may include:
- 6 week fitness program
- Setting a date until a special occasion 1/10/2014
Whatever your goal may be it is important to set a time frame, if you are afraid to set a long time frame, then just set a short time such as two weeks then re-evaluate the program after that for the next couple of weeks.

3. Write a Plan: When starting a fitness program it is important to write a plan each week and prepare your training times and the time for meal prep too. Food is just as important as exercise when gaining results. Write your plan than place it somewhere in a space that you can read it regularly to keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals.
