Boot Camp Performs like no other!
Boot Camps Australia is really stepping up the pace in 2010 by introducing a range of new programs for all our clients to enjoy. The first program launched this year is our 12 Week Challenge that combines getting fit and losing weight with learning nutritional facts about food and diet to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Kick starting ‘The Challenge’ on Monday 22 January, the 18 contestants have been putting in a lot of hard work which is evident in their results. The best loss recorded at the first weigh in was 4 kg. The average loss recorded was approx. 1.5 to 2 kg. This is a great effort from all contestants.
To help put these losses into perspective:
» 7700 calories = 1 kg of fat
» 15 400 calories = 2 kg of fat
» 30 800 calories = 4 kg of fat
The 12 Week Challenge, as with all our programs on offer at Boot Camps Australia, are designed for all ages and fitness levels. Our qualified and experienced trainers will be able to tailor programs to suit you, helping you to achieve your best results in a supportive and controlled environment.
Amy Pursehouse is one of our 12 Week Challenge contestants and a long term client of Boot Camps Australia. Amy has been training with Kent Pumpa, Director Boot Camps Australia for over 12 months and has really challenged and changed her training routine.
