I am your local group training expert at Step into Life Camperdown and Id like to invite you to come and join our Group Outdoor Training sessions.
I wasnt always as passionate about health and fitness. In my early 20s, I had a serious accident that left me with recurring back pain. Rather than rely on pain medication, my doctor suggested I strengthen the muscles in my back to aid my recovery. It was a long process, but ultimately a very rewarding journey.

Along the way, I realized that improving my health and fitness gave me greater confidence in all aspects of my life. Through training and exercise, I gained a holistic awareness of my physical health and the importance of diet and nutrition within a healthy lifestyle. Slowly but surely I transformed the way I lived and, some years ago, I decided that I wanted to share the knowledge and experience Id gained.

These days my passion is to motivate, educate and help people to attain their goals and transform their lifestyles. Through exercise, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle everyone can be fitter, healthier and, most importantly, happier.
At Step into Life Camperdown I offer 8 unique sessions including cardio, toning and boxing. I will provide you with a workout program that has the right balance of variety, challenge, fun, social atmosphere and most importantly RESULTS. Whether your goal is weight loss, strengthening or simply improved fitness and wellbeing I can help you.
